All printed products are produced through third-party print providers, including Vista Print.

Customers may choose one of the following delivery options:

Direct Shipping

Orders may be shipped directly from the print provider to the customer. Shipping costs are calculated by the print provider and are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping rates, delivery timelines, and available options are determined by the provider at the time of order.

Local Pickup or Delivery

For local clients, orders may be shipped to Graphics By Grace Broberg for in-person pickup or local delivery by arrangement. Shipping costs from the print provider still apply. Any additional delivery or meetup details will be discussed and confirmed prior to placing the order.

Graphics By Grace Broberg is not responsible for delays, carrier issues, or delivery errors caused by third-party print providers or shipping carriers. Once products have been delivered, responsibility transfers to the customer.
