All design services provided by Graphics By Grace Broberg are custom and created specifically for each client. Because of this, all deposits and payments for design services are non-refundable once work has begun.

Design Services

• A deposit is required to begin all projects.

• Deposits are non-refundable and secure time, planning, and creative work.

• If a project is canceled by the client after work has started, payment for work completed to date is non-refundable.

• Final design files are delivered once the project is complete and final payment has been received.

Printed products

Printed products are produced through third-party print providers, including VistaPrint.

• Once a print order has been placed, refunds, returns, or exchanges are not available due to the custom nature of printed materials.

• Graphics By Grace Broberg is not responsible for errors approved by the client prior to printing, including spelling, layout, or design approvals.

If a printed item arrives damaged or with a production error, the issue must be reported promptly. Resolution options are determined by the print provider’s policies.

Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving all designs before final delivery or printing. Approval confirms acceptance of the design as-is.
