Services
Graphics By Grace Broberg provides custom graphic design services, including but not limited to logo design, branding guides, print materials, digital materials, promotional products, website design, and wedding stationery. All services are custom and tailored to each client’s needs.
Project Start & Payment

A deposit is required to begin all projects.

Deposits secure scheduling, planning, and creative work and are non-refundable once work has begun.

Final payment is required before final design files are delivered.

Pricing is based on project scope and may change if the scope is adjusted during the project.
Revisions
Each service includes a defined number of revisions. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may result in additional fees. Revision requests must be submitted within a reasonable timeframe to avoid project delays.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate content, approvals, and feedback in a timely manner. Graphics By Grace Broberg is not responsible for errors resulting from client-provided content or changes requested after final approval.
Client approval confirms acceptance of the design as-is.
Printing & Third-Party Services
Printed products are produced through third-party print providers, including VistaPrint.
Graphics By Grace Broberg is not responsible for:

Printing errors once client approval has been given

Shipping delays or carrier issues

Color variations between digital previews and printed materials
Any printing or shipping issues are subject to the print provider’s policies.
Intellectual Property
Final designs become the client’s property once full payment has been received. Graphics By Grace Broberg retains the right to display completed work in portfolios, marketing materials, and online platforms unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Unpaid or abandoned projects remain the property of Graphics By Grace Broberg.
Project Timeline
Project timelines are estimates and may vary based on scope, client responsiveness, and revision rounds. Delays caused by lack of client feedback may impact delivery timelines.
Cancellations
If a project is canceled by the client after work has begun, payments made are non-refundable. If a project is paused or abandoned, additional fees may apply to resume work.
Limitation of Liability
Graphics By Grace Broberg is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of delivered designs, printed materials, or website services.
Policy Updates
Terms and conditions may be updated at any time without prior notice. Continued use of services indicates acceptance of the current terms.
